FREE RETURNS WITHIN 60 DAYS
NO QUESTIONS ASKED
We gladly accept returns as it is a fantastic opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our products and services. We encourage you to return because your satisfaction and comfort are our utmost priority. We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence we advise you to go ahead and ask for a refund/exchange.

Returning with Daari Designs is as easy as ordering. You can place a return request online in “My Account” section or you can email us at customercare@daaridesigns.com or call / WhatsApp us at 9414197050/8839545651 and let us know your concern.
We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Daari Designs. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at custmercare@daaridesigns.com with your order number.
Make sure the product is unused and in a good state. You are required to return the main product ONLY.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, and used dresses as these items are non-returnable due to the product's hygiene and personal care nature. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at customercare@daaridesigns.com from the email you placed the order with.
REFUND
Once we receive the return shipment, a 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
1) If you have made an online payment, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
2) If you have done cash on delivery, you must provide us with your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
3) You can also ask for a refund in terms of ‘Daari Designs Cashback’, which you can use in the future to buy other Daari Designs products.
4) Refund is possible only after a parcel is dispatched, delivered and reverse pick is done.
EXCHANGE
Once the return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.
Exchange your standard-size with a custom-size: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want a custom-fit Dress in exchange, then put your best-fit dress with your Daari Designs in your return shipment and our courier boy will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your Dress from scratch according to your measurements and deliver it to you within 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.
In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time only.
FOR CUSTOM
We want to provide every customer with a wonderful experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom Dress as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at customercare@daaridesigns.com from the email you placed the order with. We also provide a free alteration within 15 days, starting from the day you receive your order.
